What is the maximum payout a player can receive?

Deposits, bonuses and withdrawals

Why can't I make deposits?

First, please make sure you are logged in to your account:

• First, please make sure that you are connected to your CASONGO by Paridirect account

• Make sure that your M-pesa, Africell, MTN Momo or Airtel money account is funded

• Make sure that you have respected the deposit conditions which are :

• Maximum amount per deposit: 7 000 000 FCFA / 30 000 000 FC

• Minimum amount per deposit : 200 FCFA / 300 FC

How can I make a withdrawal?

There are two withdrawal methods available on CASONGO by Paridirect.

What currencies does CASONGO by Paridirect support?

The FCFA and the FC are the only currencies authorised by CASONGO by Paridirect.

Online withdrawals via your M-pesa, Africell, MTN Momo or Airtel Money account

Please log in to your account:

• Click on the button to the right of the "Deposit" button

• Then click on "Withdraw"

• The "Balance" box shows the amount in your account, and the "Available" for withdrawal box shows the amount available for withdrawal

• Enter the "Online" section, indicate the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum amount 200 FCFA / 300 FC) and click on "Continue".

Cash withdrawal via our partner shops

Please log in to your CASONGO by Paridirect account:

• Select "Withdrawal" in the menu to the right of "Deposit"

• Choose "Cash", then enter the amount you want to withdraw (minimum amount 200 FCFA / 300 FC)

8226; Select the shop, confirm the telephone number by pressing "Yes", then "Continue". You will receive a confirmation code

• Show the generated code to an Agent at the selected shop or the SMS you received to withdraw your cash

• By clicking on "Ok", you can see your status with your code in progress

How can I make a deposit?

To deposit into your account:

• Please log in to your account by correctly entering your telephone number and password.

• Click on the "Deposit" button in the top right-hand corner

• Enter the amount of your choice

• Click on "Continue".

Why can't I withdraw funds from my balance?

Please check that the amount you wish to withdraw is available and that you have not reached your daily withdrawal limit.

How can I create an account on CASONGO by Paridirect?

To create an account, you must have an M-pesa, Africell, MTN or Airtel account:

• Please click on the "Sign up" button

• Fill in the form correctly, entering your telephone number and the password of your choice

• Click on the "Continue" button

• Enter the verification code sent by SMS to finalise your registration.

I can't create an account, what's wrong?

If you cannot create an account, please contact our Customer Service. You can contact them via Live Chat or send them an email at [email protected]. Our Support Team works 24/7.

Can I have more than one account?

You can only open one CASONGO by Paridirect account, with either your M-pesa, Africell, MTN or Airtel number.

Why can't I log in to my account?

If you are unable to log in to your account, please contact our Customer Support. You can contact them via Live Chat or send them an email at [email protected]. Our Support Team works 24/7.

I would like to close my account. How can I do this?

If you wish to close your CASONGO by Paridirect account, please send us a request via the following email address: [email protected]

Please be aware that all unpaid bonuses, ongoing and unsettled sports bets will be interrupted and cancelled at the time of closing your account.

However, you will have the possibility to withdraw your real money balance available on the account at the time of its closure.
