General Terms & Conditions for Free Bets

1. Free Bets can be used on any sporting event, with no minimum odds, unless otherwise specified in the specific promotional conditions (for example, in the ‘assorted free bets’ section).

2. Free Bets cannot be cashed in.

3. Free Bets must be used in full on a single occasion.

4. Unused Free Bets cannot be exchanged after the standard 14-day expiry date or as indicated in the specific promotional conditions.

5. Any return of Free Bets will be added, excluding the stake, to your withdrawable balance.

6. Any Free Bets placed on cancelled bets will not be paid out as winners; however, free bets will be reapplied to the player's account unless the event has ended, the expiry date has been reached, or specific terms and conditions apply.

7. When participating in a "matched Free Bet" promotion:

7.1. Eligible bets must be placed with real money;

7.2. Eligible bets must have minimum odds of 2.0 (2.0 or higher) per selection, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms and conditions of the promotion. If more than two selections are placed, all additional selections must also have minimum odds of 1.50 (1.50 or more) for the bet to qualify;

7.3. Eligible bets that are cashed in or cancelled will not qualify for the Free Bets;

7.4. Free Bets will be credited within 72 hours of the settlement of the qualifying bet.

8. These terms and conditions relating to Free Bets are subject to the General Terms & Conditions of Sports Promotions and the General Terms and Conditions of CASONGO by Paridirect.

General terms and conditions for sports cash bonuses

1. Where a Sports Cash Bonus is claimed, the associated "wagering requirements" must be met before this bonus and any winnings can be released in cash to the player's account and withdrawn or wagered.

2. In order to meet the wagering requirements, a player must wager the Sports Cash Bonus amount 10 times (x10) on sports with minimum odds of 2.0 (2.0 or better), unless otherwise stated in the specific terms and conditions of the promotion.

3. Only settled bets count towards wagering requirements. Fully or partially cashed bets, instant plays, draws or cancelled bets and live bets that are push settled do not count towards the wagering requirement.

4. If the wagering requirements are not met within 7 days of confirmation of participation in the sports cash bonus, the bonus and winnings will be forfeited.

5. If you request a withdrawal before having fulfilled the wagering requirements, the funds in your Sports Cash Bonus balance will be cancelled and the promotion will no longer be available to you, regardless of the amount you wagered.

6. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum winnings that can be withdrawn with the Sports Cash Bonus are limited to 100 000 FCFA / 300 000 FC. Any amount above this will be automatically deducted.

7. To claim a cash bonus for sport from a deposit offer, the minimum deposit amount will be 200 FCFA / 300 FC, unless otherwise stated.

8. When a deposit bonus is active, any wagering will first be done with the real money balance. The bonus will only be wagered once the real money balance has been used up.

General Terms & Conditions for Sports Promotions

1. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the general terms and conditions of promotional offers and/or individual bonuses, these General Terms and Conditions for Sports Promotions apply to all sports offers that CASONGO by Paridirect may make available to its players.

2. Individual bonuses may not be used or combined with any other offer or promotion.

3. Specific terms and conditions may apply to each offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit, maximum winnings, wagering requirements and length of promotional period. This information is available in the specific terms and conditions for each offer.

4. Offers are limited to one per household. If CASONGO par Paridirect has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus or offer is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of persons, then it may withdraw the availability of any or all offers to that customer or group of customers and/or cancel any wager funded by the bonus or offer and withdraw any winnings from that wager.

5. In the event of a breach of the terms or evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which, by virtue of a deposit or bonus cash offer, enhanced payouts, free bets, risk free bets or any other promotional offer, results in guaranteed profits for the customer, irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group.

6. CASONGO by Paridirect reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and/or cancel any bets funded by such offers.

7. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, CASONGO by Paridirect may levy an administrative charge on the customer to the value of the sports cash bonus, betting credits, free bet, risk free bet or enhanced payout to cover the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against such activity.

8. 6. CASONGO by Paridirect may, at any time, make minor changes to promotions to correct typographical errors or to improve clarity or customer experience and may cancel a promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.

9. CASONGO by Paridirect may reclaim any bonus amounts, free bets or enhanced payouts that have been awarded in error.

10. CASONGO by Paridirect reserves the right to modify, cancel, claim or refuse any promotion at its discretion.

11. CASONGO by Paridirect reserves the right to limit participation in all or part of any promotion.
